Three years running communities, launches and partnerships for 38 Web3 projects. Now I ship full-stack products with Claude Code: six live in six weeks, each one checkable.

01 Before the code
I studied International Relations. Between lectures on diplomacy I found Web3, a world run out of Telegram groups and Discord servers. Communities are small countries. They have borders, crises, elections and rumours. I learned to run them, then I learned to build for them.
02 Real-life work · 2022 — 2025
Freelance community, growth and operations lead for NFT collections, DeFi protocols, memecoins and AI projects, from first Discord channel to launch day and after.
03 Reading the machine
In 2025 I went through Cyfrin Updraft's blockchain and Solidity tracks and CompTIA Network+, and started reading contracts the way auditors do: line by line, assuming the worst.

Every build starts with a spec and an AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md, so the agent and I agree on what "done" means.
Work is broken into steps an agent can finish and I can verify in one sitting.
Nothing touches money, keys or personal data without a human decision.
Tests, blind benchmarks and live checks. If it can't be shown, it isn't claimed.
